Dapper & Wise
Dapper & Wise is a Portland based coffee shop that was founded by Evan Aldrete and Tyler Geel. When I met them, they had just opened up their Division location after many years of operating their roasting facility and tasting room in Beaverton, OR.
Both Evan and Tyler we’re the nicest of guys. And you can tell they are seriously passionate about giving you the best experience possible as you drink their coffee.
Roaster and Co Owner, Evan even rocked a barista shift as we were shooting. That’s what Im talking about.
The spot was on point. Very minimalist. Very clean.
